a) We may request personal information online, such as name, address, phone number, email address ONLY for the purposes of accepting donations to The Shekinah Media Mission Trust.

b) We will not release or use this information for any other purpose unless we have your consent.

c)We do not trade or sell your personal information with other organisations.

d)Donors may request, at any time, to not receive our solicitations.

e)Donors may request to not receive certain mailings, such as our newsletter.

f)We do not track, collect or distribute personal information entered by those who visit our website.

g)Personal data collected through our website is encrypted using 256-bit AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) technology.

h)Personal information stored in the Shekinah Media Mission database is protected with a secured login with authentication, assignment of a unique ID to each person with computer access, regular pass code changes, and user IDs are deactivated or terminated as needed.

i)Our hosting data server provides data protection meeting PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), encrypted communication via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, intrusion detection for all devices and network nodes, state-of-the-art firewall infrastructure that detects malicious application attacks, virus protection, network load balancing devices via Citrix, and patch management, security and vulnerability monitoring and tracking, and SQL server attack protection via applications to detect SQL Injection and Cross Site Scripting Attacks.

j) To assure that philanthropy merits the respect and trust of the general public, and that donors and prospective donors can have full confidence in the not-for-profit organisations and causes they are asked to support, we assure the following :

k) To be informed of the trust mission, of the way the foundation intends to use donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for their intended purposes

l) Donations contributed will be used to meet the cost of producing TV programs and to its broadcasting expenses.

m) To be informed of the identity of those serving on the trust's governing board, and to expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its responsibilities

n) To receive appropriate acknowledgment and receipts

o) To be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law

p) To expect that all relationships with individuals representing the Trust to the donor will be professional

q) To have the opportunity for their names to be deleted from mailing lists that the Trust may intend to share

r) To feel free to ask questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers

s) Shekinah Media Mission follows a reliable refund policy to let our donors feel privileged about their association with us. We take utmost care about processing. But in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous deduction or If the Donor wants to cancel/deduct the donation, Shekinah Media Mission will respond within 7 working days from the date of receiving the complaint from donor. The timely refund of the wrongly deduced amount will depend on mode of payment of donation. We would require a proof of deduction of the donation amount and a written communication for refund from the donor within two days after donation.

t) In such cases if the receipt already has been issued, then the Donor need to return the original receipt at our official address.

u) In the case of properly remitted donations will not be refunded.
